At Buffalo Trace Distillery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that alcoholic beverages are non-returnable and non-refundable due to state and federal regulations.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distillery gift shop return center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
